If you think that some sports are for men or you need muscle to move, I will show you the opposite.
My body has not always been that of an athlete. And to forge it, I had to grit my teeth, to silence the little voice that sometimes begged me to stop and never lose sight of my goal. If there is one quality of which I am proud, it is my mental strength. The one I still show today to continue to progress, whatever the field. Determination always pays off. A muscular body, sharpened abs and a marked waist.

That’s the body I dreamed of having. For that, I tested several methods before finding the solution: the fitness. Straight from the United States, fitness promises to improve well-being, muscularity, endurance and build an athletic body. A priori, all that I need. But it was not immediately obvious, although passionate about sports since childhood. It all started when I was still a student. Passionate for a long time by cooking, nutrition and health, I decided to undertake engineering studies in biology, oriented towards nutrition and agribusiness. After having studied biology, chemistry, nutrition (but not only!), I am now a graduate of a major engineering school.

In the middle of my studies, I decided to go live in a country where I loved to travel, Brazil. I discovered a local state of mind that changed the rest of my life. I learned to live without a watch, to appreciate the sweet taste of a simple pineapple, or the freshness of a “agua de coco” frozen in the shade of a coconut tree. I had the opportunity to discover an unspoiled nature absolutely fantastic and so I began to question my consumption and my eating habits. I became vegetarian, then vegan. Brazil being a country very “connected” fitness, I rediscovered a sport that I practiced a few years ago … before stopping for my studies.

Indeed, after practicing runing, cycling, rollerblading and other sports like snowboarding or Latin dances, I went back to bodybuilding … or fitness. I had my first foot in a gym in 2006. I immediately loved this activity that suits me completely. In addition to releasing the spirit of the bad waves of the day, this sport allows you to sculpt an athletic body and to acquire a mental and physical strength. In Brazil, bodybuilding is a sport very widely practiced by men, but just as much by women.

The beauty criteria are completely different from ours and I dessuite hooked! Brazilians celebrate athletic bodies, strong and generous. They worship the beautiful buttocks yes (say bumbum or bunda) but attach equally importance to beautiful toned arms, a strong back or strong legs. Completely impregnated by this culture, I live, in France, like a true carioca! I created my youtube channel when I lived in Brazil, to share my lifestyle and to buy your own bikini body.
