He has published his Ideal Disco, as well as the biographies of personalities like Michael Jackson, James Brown, Michel Polnareff and co-written with Joey Starr, in 2017, The World of Tomorrow.”

“Philippe Manoeuvre”

Philippe Manœuvre – born June 19, 1954 in Sainte-Menehould, in the French department of Marne, is a journalist, host of television and radio specializing in rock. He is also a writer of comics.

Former student of the Jesuits of the Lycée Saint Louis de Gonzague in Paris in the 16th arrondissement, he graduated from the French School of Press Attachés. Fan of the Rolling Stones, he is also a fan of hard rock (Blue Oyster Cult, Led Zeppelin, AC / DC, Grand Funk Railroad), Garage Punk (The Stooges, Sex Pistols and The Clash), and black music (including James Brown, of Prince and Michael Jackson). He is also a fan of The Beatles band. He participated in “Radio Beatles” broadcast on RTL from 9 September 2009.

Secretary of Writing, then Editor-in-chief of the science fiction comic magazine Metal screaming from 1977 to 1984, he works with the Humanoids associated with Jean-Pierre Dionnet, Moebius, Philippe Druillet, Yves Chaland, Serge Clerc, etc. Still with the Humanoides associated, he animates the collection Speed ​​17 which publishes for the first time in France Charles Bukowski. In the 1980s, Philippe Maneuver animated on France Inter, from 22 hours: Intersidéral, with under the pseudonym of Smith & Wesson, his companion then, the rock journalist Brenda Jackson and Daniel Riche, the editor of the magazine Fiction. This show is partly dedicated to rock, but especially to crime fiction and science fiction, and allows listeners to win the last book of Philip K. Dick: The Transmigration of Timothy Archer. Among other things, she puts on stage a scripted role play around Alien and Nostromo. The show is an opportunity to comment on the science fiction news of science fiction. Then Philippe continues, still on France Inter, with the show Les Grandes Manœuvres. He also hosted with Jean-Pierre Dionnet La Voix du Lizard.
