“Liliane Otal”

Liliane Otal – Sharing her life between France and Spain, Liliane Otal is a master of grilling. She has written many cookbooks on this theme at Editions Sud Ouest, including Plancha Sud-Ouest and Plancha slimming.

An excellent cook and pedagogue, Liliane Otal has lived in Spain for a long time. She is also the author of the books “Plancha, plancha!”, The Spanish cuisine “,” The Moroccan cuisine “and” The cuisine with tomato “.”

“Michel Cymes”

Michel Cymes – is a French doctor, surgeon and specialist in ENT, but he is first and foremost known as a television and radio host, health expert, of the now-established program Le magazine de la santé.

After his bachelor’s degree, he began studying medicine and became a surgeon. Doctor during a rally in the Sahara, he has the opportunity to meet journalists from Europe 2, for which he begins to write scientific columns. From the 90s, he gradually abandoned the operating theater to devote himself to his media career.

He worked two years at Télématin and was hired by La Cinquième (now France 5) where he presented Qui vive et Attention Santé. Then, he became editor and co-host in 1998 of the Journal of Health, with Marina Carrère d’Encausse and Benoît Thévenet. This program of information and popularization of medicine, now called The Health Magazine, meets with great success among viewers and often displays the best audience ratings of France 5. It also animates from 2007, the show Hello Doctor. His humor traits earned him many passages in Canal + Zapping.

In 2005, Michel Cymes becomes a medical chronicler on Europe 1. He runs every Saturday How are you doing … thank you until 2008. The following year, he launched a website “bonjour-docteur.com” with his partner, Marina Carrère d’Encausse. He also writes several health books, such as Nutrition or Eating, a health affair, Sortien 2006 or Sexuality Instructions, in 2007. He continues his career on the radio, this time on RTL, from from 2011, in the show Ca va déjà mieux, where he talks about prevention, maternity or complementary health.

On the fictional side, he began to receive proposals for the cinema, but he has held, until now, small roles of doctor. He thus made an appearance in The truth if I lie! 3 or in an episode of the series Y’a no age.

In 2014, we will see him in a documentary Adventures of Medicine: At the Heart of Man. Finally, Michel Cymes is one of the founding members of the humanitarian association La Chaîne de l’espoir. On the private side, in May 2015, Michel Cymes married his partner, Nathalie, in the Var village of Entrecasteaux, where he owns a house. The couple has a son. Michel Cymes has two other boys from a previous union.”
