“Frédéric Delavier, world-renowned author, translated into more than thirty languages, studied morphology at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris and followed dissection courses at the Faculty of Medicine; he has, among other things, carried out anatomy research compared to the natural history museum of paris and carried out scientific reconstructions in paleontology; as such, he has been published several times in the American journal journal of vertebrate paleontology; Vice-Champion of France Power-Lifting in 1990, he was editor for more than ten years in the world of muscle, editor-in-chief of the magazine powermag, and collaborates to many journals and specialized publications in the world, such as Iron Man to United States and Men’s Health in France, Germany and Italy.

Frédéric Delavier studied morphology at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris and took dissection courses at the Faculty of Medicine. Vice-Champion of France Power-Lifting in 1990, he is editor of the magazine Le Monde du Muscle, and collaborates in numerous journals and specialized publications in the world. He is the author of many best-selling books published by Vigot, including Guide of bodybuilding movements, more than 100,000 copies sold, all editions combined in France.
